We are recruiting: we are hiring a bar waiter in Rafi, Niger State. Requirements: • Basic numeracy for handling cash, bills and change • Ability to work fast under pressure during peak service • Prior experience as a waiter in a restaurant or hotel On a typical shift you will handle guest complaints and escalate to the captain or manager; clear and reset tables between covers; polish glasses, cutlery and crockery during mise en place; restock side stations with sauces, condiments and napkins; check back during the meal and handle special requests.
