You will mask off windows, skirting and fittings with tape and sheeting; prep and prime metal, treating rust with red-oxide primer; carry out snagging and touch-ups before handover; apply primer, undercoat and two topcoats with brush and roller; sand and fill walls before applying primer; mix and tint paint to match colour swatches.
