Counter butcher — Ese Odo

Great opportunity: we are hiring a counter butcher in Ese Odo, Ondo State. You will work at a busy retail butcher's shop. On a typical shift you will break down beef, mutton and chicken carcasses into primal cuts; run the band saw to cut cleanly through bone; season and marinate meat on request; dress the chilled counter and rotate stock by date; debone shoulders, legs and loins with a boning knife.
