Immediate opening: we are hiring a captain waiter in Kagarko, Kaduna State. Your main tasks: • Upsell starters, desserts and beverages • Explain the day's specials and recommend dishes • Take food and drink orders on the POS terminal or order pad • Handle guest complaints and escalate to the captain or manager • Restock side stations with sauces, condiments and napkins • Pour water, wine and soft drinks and serve from the guest's left Ideal candidate: • Good knowledge of the menu, ingredients and beverages • Ability to work fast under pressure during peak service Six days a week, one day off.
