Urgent requirement: we are hiring a counter butcher in Ashtabula County, Ohio. The role involves: • Stuff and link fresh sausages with casings • Mince meat and prepare keema on the grinder • Dress the chilled counter and rotate stock by date • Trim fat, sinew and silver skin off the cuts You should have: • Comfortable working in cold rooms and chillers • Confident knife skills and safe blade handling Freshers welcome — about 3 years of practice is enough.
