Head butcher wanted in Azamgarh

Now hiring: we are hiring a head butcher in Azamgarh, Uttar Pradesh. You will work at a wholesale meat market. We are looking for comfortable working in cold rooms and chillers; physically fit to lift carcasses and stand all day; able to identify primal cuts of beef, mutton and poultry. The role involves: • Debone shoulders, legs and loins with a boning knife • Dress the chilled counter and rotate stock by date • Keep halal cuts separated and clearly handled • Sharpen and hone knives on a steel and whetstone • Portion steaks, chops and cutlets to the ordered weights • Run the band saw to cut cleanly through bone 2+ years on the tools preferred.
