You should have: • Clear spoken communication and a polite, friendly manner • Basic food hygiene and FSSAI awareness Your main tasks: • Pour water, wine and soft drinks and serve from the guest's left • Punch orders through to the kitchen as a KOT (kitchen order ticket) • Handle guest complaints and escalate to the captain or manager • Check back during the meal and handle special requests • Raise the bill on the POS and settle cash and card payments At least 4 year(s) in a similar role. $2,250 per project, negotiable for the right hands.
