Immediate opening: laundry presser (Texas)

Now hiring: we are hiring a laundry presser in Mitchell County, Texas. On a typical shift you will hang or fold pressed garments and pass them to packing; operate the steam press and vacuum table to finish garments; check every piece for scorch marks, shine and water spots; fuse interlinings and fusible tape on the fusing press. You should have: • Sound knowledge of fabric types and correct heat settings • Physically fit to lift bundles and handle repetitive work • A keen eye for scorch, shine and uneven creases Freshers welcome — about 3 years of practice is enough.
