Toolroom milling operator — Bakassi

Now hiring: we are hiring a toolroom milling operator in Bakassi, Cross River State. The job is in a toolroom. On the job you will handle: • Set tool offsets and the work zero (G54) using an edge finder or probe • Mount workpieces in machine vices, clamps and fixtures and check for square • Measure features with vernier callipers, micrometers and bore gauges • Monitor tool wear and change blunt inserts and cutters • Select and fit end mills, face mills and slot drills into collets and arbors • Load and edit CNC programs (G-code) at the Fanuc/Siemens control You should have: • Physically fit to stand and lift workpieces • Willing to work rotating shifts and night shift Freshers welcome — about 3 years of practice is enough. We offer ₦7,500 per day plus benefits. Overtime paid at a premium rate. Six days a week, one day off. Contact us to fix an interview.
