Protective coatings painter • Doguwa, Kano State

Great opportunity: we are hiring a protective coatings painter in Doguwa, Kano State. The job is in a paint and spray workshop. On a typical shift you will sand and fill walls before applying primer; strip old paint and wallpaper with scrapers and heat guns; cut in neat edges along ceilings, cornices and door frames; lay down dust sheets and protect floors and furniture; apply primer, undercoat and two topcoats with brush and roller; mask off windows, skirting and fittings with tape and sheeting. What we are looking for: • A good eye for clean lines and an even finish • Sound knowledge of surface prep and the right primers • Able to read colour schedules and follow a finish spec Part-time with flexible hours.
