Cabinet maker — Bakori

Join our team: we are hiring a cabinet maker in Bakori, Katsina State. You will be based at a kitchen and furniture manufacturer. You should have: • Confident with hand and power tools such as saws, routers and planers • Sound knowledge of timber types, grades and fixings • Accurate to fine tolerances on finish work Day-to-day duties: • Cut mortise-and-tenon and dovetail joints with chisels and a mallet • Fix studwork and plasterboard partitions • Glue, clamp, screw and dowel joints together • Read and work from architectural drawings and cutting lists • Install skirting boards, architraves and dado rails • Erect formwork and shuttering for concrete pours 2+ years on the tools preferred. Performance bonus on top of base pay. Full-time with occasional weekends. Walk-in interviews this week.
