Vacancy available: we are hiring a line cook in Drew County, Arkansas. You will be based at a busy restaurant kitchen. On the job you will handle: • Plate and garnish dishes for a quick pass to service • Prepare the mise en place before each service • Keep the station clean and sanitised throughout the shift • Follow cleaning schedules and wash down work surfaces • Check deliveries and rotate stock using FIFO Requirements: • Strong knife skills and speed on the line • Able to lift heavy stock pots and sacks of supplies Full-time, day shift.
