Vacancy available: we are hiring a butcher in Lagelu, Oyo State. Requirements: • 2+ years experience working as a butcher • Comfortable working in cold rooms and chillers • Clean, presentable and friendly at the counter On the job you will handle: • Keep halal cuts separated and clearly handled • Season and marinate meat on request • Break down beef, mutton and chicken carcasses into primal cuts • Stuff and link fresh sausages with casings Freshers welcome — about 6 years of practice is enough. ₦11,500 per day, negotiable for the right hands.
