Urgent requirement: sheet metal press operator (Kentucky)

Join our team: we are hiring a sheet metal press operator in Fayette County, Kentucky. You will be based in a sheet metal stamping unit. The role involves check stamped parts against drawings using vernier calipers and gauges; punch, blank, pierce, bend and form sheet metal components; fit and check guards, light curtains and safety interlocks before starting; operate mechanical, hydraulic and pneumatic power presses; clear scrap and offcuts from the die area; feed blanks into the die and remove formed parts. Requirements: • Able to read engineering drawings and job cards • 1-2 years' experience on power or hydraulic presses • Knowledge of press safety, guarding and lockout-tagout Full-time, day shift.
