Captain waiter — Fayette County

We are recruiting: we are hiring a captain waiter in Fayette County, Iowa. You will be based in a quick-service restaurant. Ideal candidate: • Good knowledge of the menu, ingredients and beverages • Ability to carry loaded trays and stay on your feet for long shifts Your main tasks: • Raise the bill on the POS and settle cash and card payments • Explain the day's specials and recommend dishes • Clear and reset tables between covers • Follow food hygiene and allergen-handling rules • Coordinate order timing with the kitchen and the bar Rotating shifts.
