Requirements: • Good teamwork and clear communication under pressure • Strong knife skills and speed on the line Day to day you will check deliveries and rotate stock using FIFO; monitor food temperatures and run regular HACCP checks; follow cleaning schedules and wash down work surfaces; marinate meats and prepare curries, gravies and bases.
