Bread baker wanted in Fulton County

Urgent requirement: we are hiring a bread baker in Fulton County, Arkansas. The job is in a bread factory. On a typical shift you will weigh and mix flour, yeast, water and salt to the day's recipe; shape loaves, rolls, baguettes and buns by hand; score the top of loaves before baking; monitor oven temperature and baking time for each batch; keep work surfaces and equipment clean to food-safety standards. Requirements: • Food handler / hygiene certificate • Accurate at weighing and following recipes • 2+ years' experience as a baker Freshers welcome — about 5 years of practice is enough.
