The role involves sharpen and hone knives on a steel and whetstone; monitor chiller and freezer temperatures to keep the cold chain; keep halal cuts separated and clearly handled; break down beef, mutton and chicken carcasses into primal cuts. Requirements: • Able to use a band saw, grinder and sausage filler • Quick and accurate on the weighing scales and order maths At least 4 year(s) in a similar role. Rotating shifts.
