Requirements: • Able to read and follow recipes and dockets • Sound knowledge of HACCP and food safety standards • Able to lift heavy stock pots and sacks of supplies On the job you will handle: • Check deliveries and rotate stock using FIFO • Manage the tandoor and skewer kebabs • Marinate meats and prepare curries, gravies and bases • Follow standardised recipes and stick to portion sizes Freshers welcome — about 3 years of practice is enough.
