Chef de partie wanted in Yabo

Urgent requirement: we are hiring a chef de partie in Yabo, Sokoto State. You will be based at a cloud kitchen. The role involves: • Keep the station clean and sanitised throughout the shift • Taste and adjust seasoning for consistency • Follow cleaning schedules and wash down work surfaces • Check fryer oil and change it when it breaks down Requirements: • Food hygiene / FoSTaC certificate • Able to read and follow recipes and dockets • 2+ years' experience as a cook in a busy kitchen 2+ years on the tools preferred.
