Join our team: we are hiring a gardener in Uvalde County, Texas. You will be based at a plant nursery. Day to day you will mow and edge lawns with petrol and ride-on mowers; water beds and lawns and set up drip irrigation lines; operate strimmers, leaf blowers and brush cutters; plant seasonal bedding plants, bulbs and saplings; sharpen, clean and oil hand tools and mower blades; check and adjust sprinkler timers and irrigation heads. Requirements: • Good knowledge of common plants, shrubs and seasonal planting • Pesticide spraying certificate (PA1/PA6) an advantage • Understanding of pruning and watering schedules At least 4 year(s) in a similar role.
