Bakery assistant • Damboa, Borno State

We are recruiting: we are hiring a bakery assistant in Damboa, Borno State. Ideal candidate: • Able to work early-morning and night shifts • 2+ years' experience as a baker • Familiar with deck, rack and convection ovens Day-to-day duties: • Shape loaves, rolls, baguettes and buns by hand • Rotate stock and follow FIFO on raw materials • Proof and fry doughnuts, then glaze them • Decorate cakes with icing, fondant and fresh cream 4+ years on the tools preferred.
