Ideal candidate: • Ability to carry loaded trays and stay on your feet for long shifts • Ability to work fast under pressure during peak service Your main tasks: • Check back during the meal and handle special requests • Carry loaded trays and serve plated dishes to the right table • Explain the day's specials and recommend dishes • Greet guests, seat them and present the menu • Pour water, wine and soft drinks and serve from the guest's left Rotating shifts.
