Immediate opening: food and beverage server (Tennessee)

Join our team: we are hiring a food and beverage server in Wilson County, Tennessee. You will work in a five-star hotel. Day-to-day duties: • Punch orders through to the kitchen as a KOT (kitchen order ticket) • Lay table covers with cutlery, napkins, glassware and crockery • Handle guest complaints and escalate to the captain or manager • Take food and drink orders on the POS terminal or order pad Ideal candidate: • Basic numeracy for handling cash, bills and change • Ability to work fast under pressure during peak service Six days a week, one day off.
