Canteen cook — Betul

Vacancy available: we are hiring a canteen cook in Betul, Madhya Pradesh. You will work at a cloud kitchen. Day-to-day duties: • Taste and adjust seasoning for consistency • Follow cleaning schedules and wash down work surfaces • Check deliveries and rotate stock using FIFO • Check fryer oil and change it when it breaks down • Follow standardised recipes and stick to portion sizes We are looking for willing to work split shifts, weekends and public holidays; able to lift heavy stock pots and sacks of supplies.
