Urgent requirement: captain waiter (Kentucky)

Urgent requirement: we are hiring a captain waiter in Grayson County, Kentucky. You will work at a beach resort. On a typical shift you will check back during the meal and handle special requests; coordinate order timing with the kitchen and the bar; polish glasses, cutlery and crockery during mise en place; explain the day's specials and recommend dishes; restock side stations with sauces, condiments and napkins; punch orders through to the kitchen as a KOT (kitchen order ticket). You should have: • Willingness to work weekends, evenings and split shifts • Smart, well-groomed appearance and a clean uniform • Basic food hygiene and FSSAI awareness At least 4 year(s) in a similar role.
