Great opportunity: coating plant operator (Cross River State)

Great opportunity: we are hiring a coating plant operator in Bekwarra, Cross River State. You will work at a powder coating unit. On the job you will handle: • Mask off threads, holes and machined faces with caps and tape • Apply an even powder coat with the electrostatic spray gun • Degrease and clean metal parts before coating • Hang components on jigs and conveyor hooks for even coverage • Top up and monitor pre-treatment chemical bath concentrations • Inspect the finish for runs, orange peel and bare patches Requirements: • Comfortable working in a masked, ventilated booth • Keen eye for finish quality and surface defects • Able to operate electrostatic spray guns and curing ovens Freshers welcome — about 6 years of practice is enough.
