Pastry baker — Walsall

Vacancy available: we are hiring a pastry baker in Walsall, England. Your main tasks: • Shape loaves, rolls, baguettes and buns by hand • Pipe and fill cakes, pastries and cream rolls • Rotate stock and follow FIFO on raw materials • Proof and fry doughnuts, then glaze them • Roll out short-crust and biscuit dough What we are looking for: • Knowledge of dough fermentation and proving • Familiar with deck, rack and convection ovens Full-time with occasional weekends. Overtime paid at a premium rate. We offer £2,600 per month plus benefits. Walk-in interviews this week.
