Baker wanted in Katsina-Ala

Great opportunity: we are hiring a baker in Katsina-Ala, Benue State. Your main tasks: • Monitor oven temperature and baking time for each batch • Knead and develop dough by hand and in the spiral mixer • Load and unload the deck oven with a peel • Weigh and mix flour, yeast, water and salt to the day's recipe • Decorate cakes with icing, fondant and fresh cream • Rotate stock and follow FIFO on raw materials Requirements: • Able to stand for long hours in a hot kitchen • Able to lift 25 kg flour sacks • Basic cake decorating and piping skills Full-time with occasional weekends.
