Catering cook • Amethi, Uttar Pradesh

Vacancy available: we are hiring a catering cook in Amethi, Uttar Pradesh. The job is at a busy restaurant kitchen. Day to day you will cook dishes to order on the grill, fry and sauté stations; check fryer oil and change it when it breaks down; keep the station clean and sanitised throughout the shift; prepare stocks, sauces and soups from scratch; monitor food temperatures and run regular HACCP checks. You should bring strong knife skills and speed on the line; willing to work split shifts, weekends and public holidays; food hygiene / FoSTaC certificate.
