The role involves: • Rotate stock and follow FIFO on raw materials • Boil sugar syrup for glazes and icing • Load and unload the deck oven with a peel • Roll out short-crust and biscuit dough • Pipe and fill cakes, pastries and cream rolls What we are looking for: • Accurate at weighing and following recipes • Knowledge of dough fermentation and proving At least 2 year(s) in a similar role.
