We are recruiting: cnc lathe operator (Nebraska)

Urgent requirement: we are hiring a cnc lathe operator in Dodge County, Nebraska. You will be based on the CNC turning shop floor. The role involves: • Check diameters and lengths against the spec sheet • Read engineering drawings and interpret GD&T tolerances • Change worn carbide inserts and monitor tool wear • Watch the machine through the cycle and clear alarms or crashes • Write and edit G-code programs at the control • Adjust feeds and speeds to control the surface finish Requirements: • Able to read engineering drawings and GD&T • ITI / NCVT certificate in the machinist (turner) trade preferred • Minimum 2 years on CNC lathes with Fanuc or Siemens controls Freshers welcome — about 4 years of practice is enough.
