Immediate opening: we are hiring a dishwashing attendant in Bassa, Kogi State. The job is at a busy restaurant kitchen. Ideal candidate: • Able to work fast and keep up under service pressure • Keen eye for cleanliness and kitchen hygiene standards • Punctual, reliable and hard-working Day to day you will clean extractor-hood filters and degrease the walls; keep the dish pit tidy, dry and slip-free throughout service; polish glasses and cutlery and stack them ready at the pass; sort, dry and return clean plates and bowls to the kitchen stations.
