The role involves: • Fit EPDM gaskets and brush-pile weather seals along the rails • Rout lock and hardware pockets with the copy router • Install finished windows and doors, pack and anchor-fix them, then foam and silicone the perimeter • Cut uPVC profiles to size on a double-mitre saw at 45 degrees Requirements: • Comfortable handling and lifting glazed units safely • Knowledge of common hardware systems such as espagnolette and friction hinges 5+ years on the tools preferred.
