Great opportunity: back-of-house cleaner (Taraba State)

Now hiring: we are hiring a back-of-house cleaner in Lau, Taraba State. You will be based in a hotel kitchen. Your main tasks: • Restock clean glassware and crockery behind the bar • Load and run the commercial dishwashing machine through wash cycles • Clean extractor-hood filters and degrease the walls • Sort, dry and return clean plates and bowls to the kitchen stations • Hand-wash pots, pans and trays using the three-sink wash-rinse-sanitise method • Top up detergent and rinse aid and check wash and sanitise temperatures Requirements: • Willing to work evenings, weekends and split shifts • Punctual, reliable and hard-working • Able to work fast and keep up under service pressure ₦3,000 per day, negotiable for the right hands.
