Tandoor cook — Lamar County

Great opportunity: we are hiring a tandoor cook in Lamar County, Alabama. The job is in a hospital or office canteen. Your main tasks: • Cook dishes to order on the grill, fry and sauté stations • Check fryer oil and change it when it breaks down • Prepare the mise en place before each service • Knead dough and bake breads such as roti, naan and paratha What we are looking for: • Strong knife skills and speed on the line • Familiar with North Indian, tandoor and continental cooking Performance bonus on top of base pay.
