Now hiring: we are hiring a prep cook in DeWitt County, Texas. Requirements: • Sound knowledge of HACCP and food safety standards • Willing to work split shifts, weekends and public holidays • Able to stand for long shifts and work in heat Day to day you will plate and garnish dishes for a quick pass to service; follow cleaning schedules and wash down work surfaces; manage the tandoor and skewer kebabs; check deliveries and rotate stock using FIFO; monitor food temperatures and run regular HACCP checks; check fryer oil and change it when it breaks down. At least 3 year(s) in a similar role. Part-time with flexible hours. Meals and transport allowance provided. Pay around $2,500 per month, based on your experience. Contact us to fix an interview.
