Requirements: • Skilled in MIG welding and panel replacement • Physically fit for lifting panels, bending and kneeling Day to day you will shrink stretched and oil-canned metal with a shrinking hammer; MIG-weld and spot-weld new panels into place; pull out deep dents with a slide hammer or stud welder; read insurance damage reports and assessor estimates.
