We are recruiting: we are hiring a head butcher in Fannin County, Texas. The job is at an abattoir or slaughterhouse. You should have: • Clean, presentable and friendly at the counter • Able to identify primal cuts of beef, mutton and poultry Day to day you will dress the chilled counter and rotate stock by date; mince meat and prepare keema on the grinder; run the band saw to cut cleanly through bone; break down beef, mutton and chicken carcasses into primal cuts; stuff and link fresh sausages with casings. Full-time with occasional weekends. On-the-job training and a clear path to grow. Walk-in interviews this week.
