Join our team: we are hiring a dough maker in Kleberg County, Texas. Ideal candidate: • Understanding of food-safety and HACCP basics • Basic cake decorating and piping skills • Food handler / hygiene certificate Day-to-day duties: • Roll out short-crust and biscuit dough • Score the top of loaves before baking • Prove dough in the proofer at the right temperature and humidity • Monitor oven temperature and baking time for each batch • Load and unload the deck oven with a peel Meals and transport allowance provided. Full-time, day shift. Walk-in interviews this week.
