Tandoor cook — Ayamelum

Join our team: we are hiring a tandoor cook in Ayamelum, Anambra State. You will work at a fast-food outlet. On a typical shift you will knead dough and bake breads such as roti, naan and paratha; cook dishes to order on the grill, fry and sauté stations; follow standardised recipes and stick to portion sizes; prepare stocks, sauces and soups from scratch; check deliveries and rotate stock using FIFO; marinate meats and prepare curries, gravies and bases. What we are looking for: • Able to lift heavy stock pots and sacks of supplies • 2+ years' experience as a cook in a busy kitchen Freshers welcome — about 4 years of practice is enough.
