Immediate opening: pot washer (Arizona)

Great opportunity: we are hiring a pot washer in Apache County, Arizona. What we are looking for: • Good teamwork with chefs and floor staff • Willing to work evenings, weekends and split shifts On the job you will handle: • Sort, dry and return clean plates and bowls to the kitchen stations • Scrub out grease traps and clear blocked drains and gullies • Hand-wash pots, pans and trays using the three-sink wash-rinse-sanitise method • Keep the dish pit tidy, dry and slip-free throughout service At least 3 year(s) in a similar role.
