Wood machinist wanted in Chugach Census Area

We are recruiting: we are hiring a wood machinist in Chugach Census Area, Alaska. You will work at a shopfitting company. You will measure and mark out timber using a tape, square and marking gauge; hang internal and external doors, fitting hinges, locks and handles; glue, clamp, screw and dowel joints together; assemble bespoke and flat-pack kitchen units and fit worktops. What we are looking for: • At least 2 years' hands-on carpentry experience • Confident with hand and power tools such as saws, routers and planers Freshers welcome — about 6 years of practice is enough.
