The role involves coordinate order timing with the kitchen and the bar; polish glasses, cutlery and crockery during mise en place; upsell starters, desserts and beverages; take food and drink orders on the POS terminal or order pad. You should have: • Ability to work fast under pressure during peak service • Ability to carry loaded trays and stay on your feet for long shifts • Good knowledge of the menu, ingredients and beverages We offer ₦8,500 per day plus benefits.
