Your main tasks: • Vacuum-pack and wrap customer orders • Run the band saw to cut cleanly through bone • Trim fat, sinew and silver skin off the cuts • Keep HACCP hygiene records and sanitise the block and tools What we are looking for: • Quick and accurate on the weighing scales and order maths • Clean, presentable and friendly at the counter • Confident knife skills and safe blade handling Freshers welcome — about 1 years of practice is enough.
