Requirements: • Able to stand for long shifts and work in heat • Able to read and follow recipes and dockets • 2+ years' experience as a cook in a busy kitchen You will follow cleaning schedules and wash down work surfaces; check deliveries and rotate stock using FIFO; manage the tandoor and skewer kebabs; label and date all prepped ingredients in the walk-in; marinate meats and prepare curries, gravies and bases; follow standardised recipes and stick to portion sizes.
