On the job you will handle: • Keep halal cuts separated and clearly handled • Weigh, price and label cuts for the display case • Take customer orders and advise on cuts and cooking • Trim fat, sinew and silver skin off the cuts You should have: • Physically fit to lift carcasses and stand all day • Able to use a band saw, grinder and sausage filler • 2+ years experience working as a butcher Full-time with occasional weekends.
