We are recruiting: we are hiring a line cook in Jeff Davis County, Georgia. The job is in a catering banquet kitchen. Day to day you will marinate meats and prepare curries, gravies and bases; taste and adjust seasoning for consistency; monitor food temperatures and run regular HACCP checks; cook dishes to order on the grill, fry and sauté stations; manage the tandoor and skewer kebabs. Ideal candidate: • Food hygiene / FoSTaC certificate • Able to lift heavy stock pots and sacks of supplies • Good teamwork and clear communication under pressure Freshers welcome — about 4 years of practice is enough.
