We are recruiting: we are hiring a banquet server in Long County, Georgia. The job is at a beach resort. The role involves polish glasses, cutlery and crockery during mise en place; coordinate order timing with the kitchen and the bar; explain the day's specials and recommend dishes; pour water, wine and soft drinks and serve from the guest's left; follow food hygiene and allergen-handling rules; handle guest complaints and escalate to the captain or manager.
