Catering cook — Monroe County

Vacancy available: we are hiring a catering cook in Monroe County, Tennessee. What we are looking for: • Able to read and follow recipes and dockets • Willing to work split shifts, weekends and public holidays On the job you will handle: • Manage the tandoor and skewer kebabs • Prepare stocks, sauces and soups from scratch • Monitor food temperatures and run regular HACCP checks • Knead dough and bake breads such as roti, naan and paratha • Label and date all prepped ingredients in the walk-in 2+ years on the tools preferred.
